PRIVATE CLASSES

 


Private one-on-one yoga classes are a great way to define, target and fast-track your goals. 

  • A Functional Movement & Postural Assessment will identify individual muscular imbalances and postural issues.
  • An Holistic Lifestyle Questionnaire will help to define your goals and identify areas (body, breath, mind, lifestyle) that inhibit your energy and well-being.
  • Personal Yoga Practice will then be tailored specifically to suit your goals and needs and help you move toward your highest potential.

Private classes are perfect for achieving individual goals, to address specific injuries or health conditions, and to further develop your personal practice. They're also particularly convenient if you find it difficult to attend regular yoga classes or prefer to practice in private.

Assessment, program development and implementation (2x 1hr sessions): $230

Subsequent classes: from $80/class (for 4 week block)

Couples yoga classes: from $100/class (for 4 week block)

Small group classes: from $120/class (for 4 week block, 3 participants)

Getting started
Bookings essential. Please call in advance to discuss any significant injuries or health conditions.
Arrive 10 minutes early to complete the registration form, or
download here and email it back.

Style
Dynamic, flowing, hatha yoga: includes asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation. Energising and strengthening with a generous relaxation.

Cost
10 week course $180

What to bring 
Bring your own yoga mat or borrow by prior arrangement - all other props provided.
Mats are available for purchase, from basic travel mats to top-of-the-range Jade eco-mats - contact for details.

What to wear
Loose or stretchy layers allow free range of movement. A warm top and socks for relaxation. Yoga is practiced in bare feet.

What to eat & drink
It feels uncomfortable to eat just before yoga. Leave an hour after a snack and 2 hours after a meal before practicing and just sip on water as you need it during class.
